A tale that begins with two unsuspecting people who fall in love as they discover they can connect to each other's psychic frequencies and transmit their thoughts to each other over time through two custom-built radios connected by spare parts that came from a WWII transceiver. As they find each other and discover their abilities, the world slips into a dystopian hellscape around them.

The love of Eddie and Mae takes the reader through the lives of people in their town, and throughout history, as they struggle to survive and fight back against a rising fascist dictator and his brutal plans. 

​

It then explores the lives of Mae's ancestors as they fight to survive Pre and Post Colonial American horrors with love as the foundation that carries them through.

​

The story contains factual events mixed with mythology and lore set in a world built with my own imagination. I will make a list of sources, in the future.

I would like to note that the historical characters are actual people from my own family tree. Due to the fact that their lives were not recorded as well as some, I created their stories based on what I found in my research that was then related to the history of that time in that location.
